| the grain is fantastic. Smoked about 5 times. As any Il Ceppo lover knows another smoke and it will be broken in and will smoke forever fabulously. THE STRAIGHT GRAIN IS INCREDIBLE. I think these are some of the best smoking pipes in the world, bar none. As with a almost new pipe there are no scratches, bite marks, etc. The shank is stamped HAND MADE ITALY, il ceppo and a 4 in a circle. The bowl is 2 1/4 inches tall, the rim is 1 1/2 inches wide and the overall length of the pipe is approximately 5 1/4 inches long. Stamping is slightly weak. | ||
