I can not know for sure. However I think this may very well be a RARE pre After Hours Design Executive. In this case the BakeLite is part of the stem!!!  This pipe has some very fine grain and I doubt you are going to see many more like it. It has some wear to the stem and the bowl, otherwise the price would be at about $250.    Stamped "HandMade" with the Lane Logo. This pipe offers a extra fine smoke. Probably made in the 1955 to 1960 time period.
