Rolando Negoita is currently teaching metalsmithing and design at the renowned Parsons School of Design in New-York. In his workshop he designs fashion accessories and home furnishings, but also knives and pipes. Though he carved his first pipe in 1979, it was only in 2002 that he started to market his pipes under the name of Atelier Rolando. The success was immediate. Today collectors from all over the world are buying his products and he is considered as one of the most innovstive contemporary pipe makers.
